Welcome to NWA N962N Instrument Panel Restoration Project

This site provides information about the cockpit layout of the DC-9-31 aircraft (more specifically an ex-NWA DC-9-31 with registration N962N) and displays instrument panels and avionics.
The pictures in this site show the restoration process of the pilot's, centre and co-pilot's instrument panels from this aircraft. A diagram of the cockpit panel from the DC-9 Operating Manual is also shown to show the location of the instruments relative to each other. The panels contain original lights and switches, as well as placards. The layout of the instruments in these diagrams are exactly as shown in the real panels.
